Locate invoices

After your 14-day trial, you’ll begin receiving invoices corresponding to your Organization’s plan and number of Contributor seats. 

How to download invoices

To download your Organization’s invoices:

  1. Open the Abstract app (desktop or web).
  2. In the bottom left side pane, select Billing.
  3. Under the Billing History section, you can see all your invoices. 
  4. Click Download PDF next to the invoices you need.

How to change where invoices are sent

If you’d like to keep your Finance or Account teams in the loop about Abstract billing, add a billing email to your Organization. We’ll send all billing-related emails to this email address and to Administrators. Adding a billing email is free and does not require an Abstract account or seat. 

To add a billing email: 

  1. Open the Abstract app (desktop or web).
  2. In the bottom left side pane, select Organization Details.
  3. Add or update the email address(es) in the Billing email text field.
  4. Click Save changes.

How billing cycles work

The billing cycle for your Organization begins 14 days after your trial expires, then renews monthly or annually on the same date. For example, if you activate your trial on July 1 and add your billing details on July 10, you will be charged on July 14. Then, your subscription will renew on the 14th of each month (monthly billing) or on July 14 of the following year (annual billing).
